No. The current station and track title appear on the lock screen and in Control Center, and you can pause and resume from there.
Not listen, no. Internet radio is sound received in real time, so it needs a connection. Station lists are cached, though, so the list still appears when you are offline.
The title only shows when the station sends it along with the audio. A fair number do not, and then you see the station name alone.
No. iOS notifications follow the silent switch and the ringer volume. Turn silent mode off if you rely on the alarm.
